You can choose whether to link orders to existing customers (or create new ones when they don't already exist) or use a generic account for all orders. Line items are mapped to inventory items in Reckon One. Fee's can also be mapped to an item. Payments can also be sent through but is optional. Once setup, Wbsync helps you cut down on manual data entry and keep your accounts clean and accurate.

How does inventory syncing function in the Reckon One Shopify integration?

Inventory levels are updated by checking Reckon One and syncing quantities back to Shopify where there is a difference, inclusing variants in Shopify. This helps prevent overselling and keeps your online stock levels accurate. It's a simple setup that saves headaches when managing product availability.
