How do orders get sent to Xero?

Wbsync sends your Square order details (like products, tax, payments, and fees) directly into Xero as either an invoice. You can choose whether to link orders to existing customers (or create new ones when they don't already exist) or use a generic account for all orders. You can also map order line items to matching inventory in Xero or use a general ledger code. Fee's can also be mapped to an item or a GL code. Payments can also be sent through but is optional. Once setup, Wbsync helps you cut down on manual data entry and keep your accounts clean and accurate.

How does inventory syncing function in the Xero Square integration?

Inventory levels are updated by checking Xero and syncing quantities back to Square where there is a difference, inclusing variants in Square. This helps prevent overselling and keeps your online stock levels accurate. It's a simple setup that saves headaches when managing product availability.
